The program was specifically designed to equip grassroots young women with practical legal literacy regarding women's safety and domestic violence protections, demystify police administration, and provide critical digital safety training against online financial fraud and cyber harassment.
Key Highlights & Sessions by Law Enforcement Officials

Breaking the Silence on Gender-Based Violence & Domestic Harassment Addressing the participants, Bhagyawati Pandey (In-Charge, Mahila Thana) urged adolescent girls and women never to endure harassment or injustice in silence: > *"The police force is your dedicated ally. Speak out fearlessly against abuse and seek immediate assistance whenever safety is compromised."*
She briefed the girls on available emergency distress hotlines, formal complaint registration procedures, and confidential grievance desks for women.

3. Immediate Reporting Protocols & Victim Privacy Inspector Vishal emphasized the critical window for reporting cyber financial frauds and assured complete confidentiality: - Dial National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 immediately upon suspecting fraudulent transactions to freeze funds. - Register complaints directly on the official central portal: **www.cybercrime.gov.in**. - Reassured participants that complainant identities are strictly protected under statutory privacy safeguards.
Experiential Walkthrough of the District Crime Cell Following the interactive presentations, the adolescent leaders toured the Crime Cell and Women Help Desk to witness real-time police operations, grievance documentation, and investigation mechanisms. Officers encouraged the young changemakers to serve as safety ambassadors within their villages.
