Two-Day Training on Digital Literacy for Class Assistants and FC
Introduction:
Swabhiman Samiti, in collaboration with eVidyaloka, successfully conducted a two-day training session on digital literacy for class assistants and FC at Kasturba Gandhi Residential School. The training was held from 1st July at Hotel White Palace, with the goal of enhancing the role of class assistants in conducting online classes and effectively supporting digital learning.
Inauguration:
The program was inaugurated by Dharmendra Pal, Block Education Officer of Naugarh, along with Khyati Srinivas Upantika and Mamata Verma, who jointly lit the lamp to mark the commencement of the training session.
Training Overview:
The session was led by Khyati Ji, who provided in-depth knowledge about the critical role and responsibilities of class assistants in facilitating online classes. The training emphasized the importance of digital literacy in education and how class assistants can support teachers and students in this transition to digital learning.
Key Participants and Facilitators:
- Khyati Ji (Trainer) shared essential insights into conducting online classes and the pivotal role of class assistants.
- Vinod Prajapati, Mamata Verma, Sarvesh, Nitesh, Vijay Shankar Chandni, and 20 class assistants attended the program from Swabhiman Samiti.
- Upantika and Khyati Srinivas were also key contributors to the training.
Conclusion:
This two-day training session served as a platform for class assistants to enhance their skills in digital literacy and online teaching methods, enabling them to support the eVidyaloka program effectively. The successful completion of this training will help improve the delivery of online education in Kasturba Gandhi Residential School and ensure better engagement and learning for the students.
