In 2022–23, Swabhiman Samiti upheld its core values of transparency, accountability, and community trust, ensuring responsible and ethical utilization of financial resources in all programmatic activities. During this period, funds were received through a personal agreement with the donor, facilitated directly by Ms. Mamta Verma (President) and Mr. Vinod Kumar (Secretary) of the organization. This support enabled the organization to respond effectively to urgent health, gender, and community needs.
The financial resources were allocated to key initiatives such as Know Your Body – Know Your Rights, which empowered adolescents across 30 villages, and Breaking the Silence, which engaged men and boys in 12 villages on sexual and reproductive health issues. A substantial portion of the funds also supported the 100% COVID Vaccination Campaign in collaboration with the Health Department, APPI, and Sahyog Society, covering over 74,000 individuals in the CHC Uska Bazar region.
All expenditures were carefully documented and aligned with the agreed-upon objectives, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes.
