Two-Day Self-Defense Training for Adolescent Girls Concludes
Introduction:
A two-day self-defense training program for group leader adolescent girls was successfully conducted at the Swabhiman Samiti Training Center in Uska Bazar under the Kishori Sashaktikaran Pariyojna (Adolescent Empowerment Project). The training aimed to empower adolescent girls by providing them with essential self-defense skills and safety knowledge to protect themselves in challenging situations.
Training Overview:

The facilitators provided 40 selected adolescent girls from various villages with valuable knowledge on self-defense techniques, safety practices, and the importance of physical and mental preparedness for personal security. The sessions included both theoretical discussions and practical demonstrations, ensuring the participants were equipped with useful skills to protect themselves in real-life situations.
