100% COVID Vaccination Programme
The “100% COVID Vaccination Programme” was a collaborative effort between Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI), Sahyog Society Lucknow, and Vinod Kumar Prajapati (Secretary, Swabhiman Samiti), in partnership with the Health Department. The program aimed to ensure complete vaccination coverage in the CHC Uska Bazar area, Siddharthnagar, from November 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022. By mobilizing local resources, including 110 community volunteers, 12 Community Health Workers, and a coordinator, the campaign successfully vaccinated 74,000 individuals and provided both doses to all eligible individuals in the area.

Background and Rationale

To address these challenges, the 100% COVID Vaccination Campaign was launched in CHC Uska Bazar with a goal of reaching the entire population of the area.
